These Terms of Use govern your use of CoverageRoute and getcoverageroute.com. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

What CoverageRoute does

CoverageRoute is a lead-generation and connection service. It helps consumers request insurance information and may connect those requests with licensed insurance professionals or agencies. CoverageRoute is not an insurance carrier, does not underwrite or issue insurance, and does not make eligibility, subsidy, enrollment, or claims decisions.

No government affiliation

CoverageRoute is not HealthCare.gov, CMS, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or any federal or state government agency, and does not represent that it is affiliated with or endorsed by those entities.

No enrollment through this request

Submitting a CoverageRoute request does not enroll you in insurance, change existing coverage, or authorize an agent or CoverageRoute to submit or modify a Marketplace application. Marketplace application or enrollment assistance may require separate documented consumer consent and review of application information.

No guarantee of coverage, price, or savings

Coverage availability, eligibility, premiums, subsidies, benefits, networks, and terms vary. CoverageRoute does not guarantee that a consumer will qualify for coverage, a particular premium, savings, subsidy, benefit, or insurer.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for reviewing plan information and any insurance application before making a coverage decision or authorizing submission.

Third-party professionals and services

Insurance professionals, agencies, insurers, payment processors, and other third parties are independent from CoverageRoute unless expressly stated otherwise. CoverageRoute is not responsible for an independent professional’s advice, representations, enrollment actions, products, or services.

Acceptable use

You may not use CoverageRoute to submit fraudulent or misleading information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected portions of the service, or use the service unlawfully.

Service availability

CoverageRoute may change, suspend, or discontinue features, reject or review submissions, and take reasonable steps to protect consumers, partners, and the platform.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverageRoute is provided on an “as available” basis and CoverageRoute disclaims warranties not expressly required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
