Agent Partner Agreement

Last updated September 11, 2026

This Agent Partner Agreement applies to insurance professionals and agencies that apply for or use CoverageRoute’s partner platform. Acceptance into the program is subject to CoverageRoute approval.

Licensing and authority

You represent that information submitted to CoverageRoute is accurate and that you will maintain all licenses, registrations, appointments, certifications, and other authority required for the products, states, and activities you perform. You must promptly stop working leads in any jurisdiction or product for which you are not properly authorized.

Consumer consent and Marketplace compliance

A CoverageRoute consumer request is not a substitute for any consent an agent, broker, web-broker, or agency must obtain before providing Marketplace application or enrollment assistance. Partners are responsible for obtaining, documenting, retaining, and producing any consent and application-review records required by applicable law and Marketplace rules.

Use of consumer information

Consumer information may be used only to respond to the consumer’s insurance request and for lawful related servicing and compliance purposes. Partners must safeguard consumer information, limit access to personnel with a legitimate need, and may not resell, republish, or use CoverageRoute lead data for unrelated purposes.

Consumer communications

Partners are responsible for complying with applicable calling, texting, email, Do Not Call, opt-out, advertising, and insurance-marketing requirements. CoverageRoute’s collection of a lead does not grant a partner permission beyond what applicable law allows.

Lead account and routing

Lead availability is not guaranteed. Purchased lead credits represent prepaid eligibility to receive qualifying lead opportunities as they become available and do not guarantee immediate delivery or delivery of a specified number of leads within a particular period. Unused lead credits do not expire, subject to the Lead Credit & Replacement Policy and this Agreement.

Routing may depend on active status, approved states and products, capacity, account balance, consumer request information, and other operational factors. CoverageRoute may pause or restrict routing for compliance, quality, security, billing, or operational reasons.

Lead quality and disputes

Lead opportunities are consumer-requested contacts, not guaranteed sales, appointments, enrollments, or commissions. Disputes and credits are governed by the Lead Credit & Replacement Policy. CoverageRoute may use consumer verification, delivery records, routing history, and other evidence to evaluate disputes and lead quality.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify CoverageRoute promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Suspension or termination

CoverageRoute may pause or terminate partner access for inaccurate licensing information, nonpayment, misuse of consumer data, deceptive or unlawful conduct, repeated quality or consumer complaints, security concerns, or violation of this Agreement.
